What makes Crimson Peak different
The Crimson Peak team is made up of former hostage negotiators who have negotiated in some of the most challenging environments imaginable. This includes international kidnappings, barricade sieges, suicide interventions, and negotiations with dangerous offenders to secure their surrender to law enforcement.
The team have also been responsible for the development and delivery of hostage negotiation training at national and international level. That means delegates aren’t being “facilitated” through a team-building game. They are being coached by operational experts who know what pressure really does to people and teams.
